Q-01Can I get a demo?
Yes. Our business team gives demos and will walk you through search, monitoring, and the API before you commit to anything. Once you’re in, support stays personal: you chat with a real person, not a ticket queue.
Q-02How much does it cost?
One flat rate, billed as a yearly access contract. Companies that share their own data with Affchex get a discounted rate, because every report you contribute makes the whole network safer, and we price it that way.
Q-03Why Affchex?
Because no one else does this. There isn’t another platform in the space that aggregates non-payment, scam, and fraud histories across affiliates, advertisers, and individuals and lets you check a partner before the deal happens. Prevention is the whole product. And Affchex is a Ringba company, backed by the inbound call tracking and analytics platform built for performance marketers.
Q-04How do I report a bad actor?
Use the public report form; anyone can file, member or not. Members go further: add your reports to the network and automated monitoring switches on, so the actors who burned you stay watched.
Q-05Where does the data come from?
From the people who got burned. Community members file reports, and partner networks, publishers, and companies share what they know. These partners want the same thing you do: money kept safe, scammers exposed. Affchex aggregates it into one database, updated daily and live around the clock.
Q-06Who gets access?
Members. Access is gated: you apply and are vetted before you can search. A database of bad actors loses its value if the people in it can browse it, so we check who’s asking. Reporting, by contrast, is open to everyone.
Q-07What can I search with?
Whatever you have. Feed the platform any data point (a name, an email, a company, a domain) and it matches against the database. You don’t need a complete profile to catch a match.
Q-08Can I build Affchex into my own systems?
Yes. The entire platform is API-driven, with Swagger documentation and docs that include working code examples. Run partner checks inside your own onboarding flow instead of switching tabs.
